The detailed carving of this Italian Cameo is wonderful, as you can see. She has a beautiful carved flower head band and under her chin is also a beautifully carved flower and leaves. She is sculpted in 14k rolled Gold. She is approximately 3 3/4'' long x 1 1/2" wide. The carving on this Cameo is Exquisite! You have 3 Sculpted Swirls on the top of the piece and 1 swooping Swirl on the bottom. The sides are made of 2 twisted 14kt rolled Gold wires to perform a bezel around the Cameo. There is a small curl on the top and one small curl on the bottom. The twisting on this Cameo really brings out the artistic quality of this unique piece. Very Victorian! The Cameo face is a lovely cream color and the background has a rich beautiful peach/coral color. Don't miss out on this one. You will not be disappointed. What a great gift!!!
