Howling Wolf In A Forest Scene
Carved
Emu Egg

Created by Kathleen Kendall
This is an Emu Egg that has been designed
and created by me.

The Emu Egg is nested on a piece of beautiful drift wood making the scene seem very real and natural.  The egg has two oval cut outs one in front and one in back.  The Emu Egg has frosted leaves surrounding the top front of the egg.  The wolf inside is howling for its mate, but can't seem to find her anywhere. The inside is also painted the lightest shade of blue to resemble the sky and then dusted with micro crystal glitter. The inside of the egg has foliage and scattered flowers around and on the base of the driftwood are trees and more foliage.   If you love the great out doors you will love this Howling Wolf Emu Egg.

Did you know  ...

Eggs were buried under foundations of buildings to ward off evil.

Eggs are symbols of life and fertility. Easter eggs symbolize the resurrection and the renewal of life that comes with spring.

Easter eggs planted in vineyards were supposed to guard vines against thunder and hail.

It is an old courting custom to present beautifully decorated eggs to a favored sweetheart or suitor.

Golden eggs symbolize great fortune to recipients.

In days of old, it was said that any egg laid on Friday would cure a stomach ache.

ROYALTY COMMISSIONED THEM
